As we all adapt to an uncertain time with COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are monitoring the news carefully to take every precaution necessary to make our wedding safe for our guests. We have decided, out of abundance of caution, to postpone our wedding until September 26, 2020.

Please RSVP and book your accommodations as you normally would. All rooms previously reserved under the room block at Best Western Plus Waterfront Hotel have been moved to the new wedding weekend. Call the hotel directly at 1-877-973-7829 (press 1) regarding new or existing reservations.

OUR STORY

A SERENDIPITOUS MEETING

I guess you could call this a typical “boy meets girl in bar” story but with a twist! We had been casual acquaintances for about four years (we’re not sure when we met!?), bumping into each other at public events and sharing mutual friends. But we got to know each other better during a chance encounter at a local pub in 2016. I suggested we share a plate of nachos (June 10 is now known as our nacho-versary), and Andrew asked me out to go on date. Four years later, we’ve built a home and travelled the world together … now we’re ready for our next adventure!
